Inside BE YOU: the retreat putting women back at the center
Two days by the Gulf. One carefully held room. A gathering built around wellness, longevity, beauty, movement, mindset—and the radical permission to pay attention to one’s own life.
What happens when remarkable women enter one room and are given real permission to focus on themselves?
The answer, in the language of BE YOU Motivate, is not escape. It is return: to the body after months of moving on autopilot; to a voice made quiet beneath work, family and expectation; and to a version of oneself that does not need to be invented, only heard.
On September 23 and 24, 2026, that idea will take physical form at an extraordinary private beachfront residence on Longboat Key, Florida. The two-day gathering brings wellness, longevity, beauty, style, movement, mindset and meaningful connection into a single intimate experience.

A retreat designed for the middle of real life
The language of reinvention can be exhausting. Too often, it asks women to become more efficient, more productive or more youthful—as though their next chapter were another performance to perfect. BE YOU begins somewhere else. Its vision is to help women live with purpose, clarity and confidence while being fully and unapologetically themselves.
That distinction matters. This is not presented as wellness theatre or as inspiration destined to disappear on the journey home. It is a purposeful pause: space for movement and stillness, expert guidance and honest conversation, beauty and depth, celebration and the sort of reflection that rarely survives a crowded calendar.

Reset. Rise. Radiate.
The official retreat philosophy follows the natural rhythm of lasting change: reset in winter, rise in summer and radiate in fall. Each stage is intended to deepen self-trust and build momentum. The September gathering is the point at which the work becomes visible—not as perfection, but as presence.
Restore the inner rhythm
Yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound-based practices create space to soften the pace and listen inward.
Think beyond the moment
Conversations about sustainable habits invite women to consider strength, vitality and clarity over time.
Make the outside feel true
Beauty and style become languages of identity rather than rules imposed from somewhere else.
Be seen without performing
An intimate circle makes room for candid conversation, shared experience and friendships that can continue afterward.
The luxury of being fully present
Longboat Key is not merely a backdrop. Suspended between Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, its horizon offers a visual counterpoint to the narrowness of everyday routine. A private residence changes the emotional scale of the gathering: there are no convention halls, no anonymous corridors and no need to disappear into a crowd.
The setting allows the program to move at a human pace. Guided practices can lead into conversation; conversation can lead into reflection; and reflection can become a decision about what the next chapter should hold. The official experience includes yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, mindset and confidence coaching, journaling, community support and retreat gifts.

A special session with Birgit C. Muller
The woman who dressed Hollywood turns style into a question of identity
Three-time Daytime Emmy Award winner, couture designer, producer and CEO and Director of SMSA News, Birgit C. Muller brings a singular transatlantic perspective to Longboat Key.
Born in Vienna, raised in Marbella and based in Beverly Hills, Muller has spent three decades working where image, narrative and identity meet. Her costume design for CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful earned consecutive Daytime Emmy Awards in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Her special BE YOU session reaches beyond clothing. It considers how silhouette, color, confidence and self-knowledge can work together—not to create a costume, but to reveal the person already there.
“Style is never just decoration.”
Coaching that meets women where they are
The BE YOU vision is carried by women who understand that transformation must work in real life. Kim Wise—a mother of four, former NFL cheerleader, certified yoga instructor and high-impact motivation coach—draws on more than two decades across the corporate and fitness worlds. Her work combines movement, practical strategy and mindset coaching.
Krista, a mother of three, Zumba instructor and wellness coordinator, approaches fitness through energy, joy and accessibility. Together, the coaching philosophy rejects punishment and perfectionism in favor of sustainable action, confidence and community.
That philosophy is built into the room itself. Women are invited to try something new without needing to be experts, to speak honestly without performing certainty and to imagine a future that feels expansive rather than prescribed.
There is no perfect time—only now. There is no one else—only you. BE YOU Motivate
What women carry home
The measure of a retreat is not how it looks during the event, but what remains afterward. BE YOU’s year-long structure is designed around that question. Guided journaling, ongoing encouragement and a private community create continuity between the intense clarity of the retreat and the ordinary days that follow.
The ambition is both modest and profound: not to return home as a different person, but to return with a clearer relationship to the person who was there all along.
Purpose. Clarity. Confidence.
A supportive space for women to reset, recharge and rise through intentional action, movement and meaningful connection.
