Saddle up, and grab tickets! Netflix is ready to send the new Fincher movie to theaters this month! Netflix + IMAX have debuted another new promo trailer and a new official poster for David Fincher’s next movie The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth. A spin-off from Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood featuring the same character returning years later for more mayhem and madness in Los Angeles. Set to play in IMAX theaters only worldwide this November (full list here), then streaming on Netflix in December this year. Does it look good enough for cinemas? It’s 1977, 8 years since Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) encountered the Manson family. In these Mis-Adventures, directed by Fincher from a new script by Tarantino, the fairytale is over. Los Angeles no longer needs a hippie-slaying stuntman the way it did. But Hollywood will always have problems, problems that can only be solved with Cliff’s unique (and extralegal) abilities. Starring Brad Pitt as Cliff Booth, with Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Peter Weller, Corey Fogelmanis, JB Tadena, and Karren Karagulian. The first full trailer debuted a few months ago, but the marketing for this movie has been strange ever since. Maybe it’s not good? Or they don’t know how to handle it? Here’s some extra footage in a funky trailer and tickets are on sale worldwide (click right here) for the IMAX screenings of this one. Who’s planning to go watch it?

Murder, blackmail, theft, extortion — just another summer in Hollywood. Set in the late 1970s, the film follows the stuntman Cliff Booth, now working as a Hollywood studio fixer, handling scandals and secrets in a grittier, post-hippie era. The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, formerly known as just The Adventures of Cliff Booth, is directed by acclaimed, iconic American filmmaker David Fincher, director of the films Alien 3, Se7en, The Game, Fight Club, Panic Room, Zodiac, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Social Network, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Gone Girl, Mank, and The Killer previously; he has also produced many other projects including “Love, Death & Robots” series for Netflix. The screenplay is written by Quentin Tarantino based on his movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It’s produced by Ceán Chaffin, David Heyman, Shannon McIntosh, Brad Pitt, & Quentin Tarantino. With cinematography by Erik Messerschmidt. Netflix debuts Fincher’s The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth in IMAX theaters only on November 25th, 2026 this fall, then streaming on Netflix starting December 23rd, 2026. Who’s in?
