Bluebell Group has unveiled its first-ever Bluespace store in China’s Shenzhen, as the Asian distributor enters the multi-brand beauty and lifestyle retail space.
Located in Galeries Lafayette Shenzhen at UpperHills mall, the debut Bluespace store serves as “a refined, welcoming space where skincare, fragrance, collectibles, and gifting converge into one,” according to a statement from the Hong Kong-based company.
Inside, shoppers will find an assortment of international beauty and skincare brands including NYC-based Malin+Goetz, Noble Panacea, Swiss biotech beauty brand Niance, Parisian fragrance brand The Different Company, Provençal haute parfumerie brand Rose et Marius, and Chinese aesthetics lifestyle and fragrances brands Notes For Later, Chujian, and To Wild, alongside plush collectibles, including Bobo Nuts and Cosmouni.
The Bluespace launch marks a significant step in Bluebell’s growth strategy, as it looks to multi-brand retail formats for consumers to discover premium beauty, lifestyle and gifting items across China, and greater Asia.
“Bluespace is our newest creation to meet the sophistication and global sensibility of a new generation of Chinese consumers,” said Jenny Lai, president and CEO of Bluebell Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR.
“We have created a comforting and inclusive space for our clients to discover new brands and connect with pieces that resonate with their discerning tastes and lifestyle.”
The company described Galeries Lafayette Shenzhen as a “celebrated destination rooted in French art de vivre”, adding the Upper Hills mall “represents a seamless melding of city, nature, and art.”
