Swiss accessories brand Davidoff is enjoying positive commercial momentum both in Europe and globally, as Maicol Zamagna, Davidoff’s business development manager, told FashionNetwork.com at Pitti Uomo 110.
“In Germany, we signed an agreement with the group that owns the KaDeWe, Alsterhaus and Oberpollinger department stores, through which we’ll be distributed in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg. In addition, we’re about to wrap up negotiations with El Corte Inglés, and have scheduled meetings with Selfridges and La Rinascente,” said Zamagna.
Outside Europe, Davidoff is busy in the Middle East, where “the conflict has slowed down things somewhat, though in the last quarter of this year we’re planning to open various pop-up stores with the Chalhoub group, with which we’re also negotiating to enter Level Shoes and Galeries Lafayette,” he added. Davidoff is also focusing on Asia. It will be available at Thai retailer King Power in Bangkok in August and, before the end of 2026, it will feature at four multibrand stores in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where it will also open two pop-up stores. Still in 2026, Davidoff will open a pop-up store at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

“We will soon inaugurate a showroom in Tokyo, to operate independently on the Japanese market,” said Zamagna. “As for direct retail, in Q1 2027 we will launch into e-tail, initially in Europe. We’re also thinking of opening our first monobrand store. If it all goes according to plan in Asia, as we hope, it might be in Hong Kong. That is why we’ve extended our offering to include small leather goods like wallets, key holders and belts, to have greater price-point variety. At our Pitti Uomo stand we presented our future store concept,” concluded Zamagna.

In early 2026, Davidoff began a new creative development phase characterised by a clearer visual identity and a more contemporary design language. At Pitti Uomo, it presented the Motion collection, featuring luxury details like the distinctive pinched seam stitching, emphasising the craftsmanship of Davidoff’s accessories, all made with Italian leather. The Compact line, designed for frequent flyers who like to travel light, instead features small-sized items in durable Saffiano leather.
