“I’m a little confused about what we’re doing here… You do your own stunts – so what do you need with me?” Let’s roll! Netflix has revealed the second official trailer for David Fincher’s next movie The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth – playing in IMAX theaters later this month. A spin-off from Tarantino’s 2019 movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood featuring the same character returning years later for more mayhem and madness in Los Angeles. Showing on theaters in November (full list here), then streaming on Netflix in December later this year. What’s he up to this time? It’s 1977, 8 years since Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) encountered the Manson family. In these Mis-Adventures, directed by Fincher from a new script by Quentin Tarantino, the fairytale is over. Los Angeles no longer needs a hippie-slaying stuntman the way it did. But Hollywood will always have problems, problems that can only be solved with Cliff’s unique (and extralegal) abilities. Starring Brad Pitt as Cliff Booth, with Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Peter Weller, Corey Fogelmanis, JB Tadena, and Karren Karagulian. The first full trailer debuted a few months ago, this latest trailer finally gives us a better sense of the plot. Booth gets tangled up with an actor who wants more from him than just playing a stunt double. Yep, I’m down for this.

The screenplay is written by Quentin Tarantino based on his movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It’s produced by Ceán Chaffin, David Heyman, Shannon McIntosh, Brad Pitt, & Quentin Tarantino. With cinematography by Erik Messerschmidt.
