Ireckonu, the leading Hospitality Customer Data Platform (CDP), has been granted the ISO 27001:2022 certification following the successful completion of its audit and formal approval by EY.
This is the sixth successive year Ireckonu has received the ISO certification, which confirms that its Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets internationally recognized standards for protecting information, managing security risks and continuously improving our security practices.
“Achieving this certification is testament to the dedication and professionalism of our team. I’m proud to see their work recognized in this way. As cyber threats continue to evolve, maintaining our certification requires ongoing vigilance, continuous improvement and a shared commitment to information security to protect our clients, partners and colleagues,” said Jan Jaap van Roon, Founder & CEO of Ireckonu.
The ISO 27001:2022 certification assesses 93 criteria for confidentiality, information integrity and availability of data, across four categories, namely people, organizational, technological and physical.
Companies must renew their certification each year for compliance and to ensure that their systems remain up-to-date to manage potential security risks.
Ireckonu’s ISO 27001:2022 certification comes shortly after it received Microsoft’s Solutions Partner designations in Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation for the 2027 partner year. It was presented in recognition of Ireckonu continuing to meet the highest standards for verified technical expertise, proven customer success and consistent performance on Microsoft Azure, the cloud foundation behind its guest data and AI capabilities.
