The Wolseley Hospitality Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Laura Mills as Managing Director.
Laura brings almost 15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, most recently as Managing Director of The Ivy Collection, where she led one of the UK’s best-known restaurant groups. Known for her people-first approach, Laura believes great restaurants are built on great teams, and she has a strong track record of developing talented, long-serving leaders.
Commenting on her appointment, Laura said: “Walking through the doors of The Wolseley has always felt like an occasion. It’s a place where European grandeur meets genuine British warmth, and where every guest, whether they’re in for breakfast or celebrating a milestone, is made to feel truly special. I’ve admired these restaurants for years, both as a guest and as someone in the industry, so it’s a real privilege to be joining such a talented team.
